For some, snoring may be influenced by your sleeping routine. Going to sleep at the same time every evening and then waking up at the same time every morning may reduce your snoring.
It is unlikely that this would be the only thing causing your snoring. But, it may be contributing to it. Furthermore, having a consistent sleeping routine is better for your overall health. People with such routines find they sleep better and have more energy through out the day.
